We are now scheduling appointments for the 2023-2024 Flu Vaccine!  Schedule your appointment by clicking here.

It is recommended that everyone age 6 months and older get a flu vaccine each year.

The flu vaccine we administer is the Quadrivalent vaccine that contains both the Seasonal Flu and H1N1 Flu, combined into one vaccine. All the vaccine we are administering is Thimerosal Free.

There are certain restrictions on who can receive the Flu Vaccine, so please be sure to read the Vaccine Information Sheet before scheduling your appointment.

We are only offering the injectable flu vaccine this year.

Parents & Caretakers

As a convenience to our patient’s families we will be offering the Flu Vaccine to parents and caretakers of our patients in our flu clinics. We will bill your insurance plan for this service, as long as we are in-network with that plan.

IMPORTANT: If your child has a scheduled appointment for the flu vaccine and is going to be coming to the appointment without a legal guardian, it is mandatory that the patient have the waiver form signed by their parent/legal guardian. You can upload the signed form via our patient portal or just bring it along to the appointment, but please note the waiver form cannot be completed and submit more than 24 hours to the appointment.  If we do not have a signed waiver form or legal guardian present to sign it at the time of the appointment, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Children 6 months through 8 years that are being vaccinated against the flu for the first time, and those who have only previously only gotten one dose of flu vaccine, should get two doses of vaccine this season, given a minimum of at least 30 days apart. All children who have previously gotten two doses of vaccine (at any time) only need one dose of vaccine this season.
